JOB PURPOSE 
Supply Chain Planning plays a critical role in enabling manufacturing excellence by translating business demand into executable production and material plans. The function ensures the right balance between service, cost, and inventory through close integration of demand signals, production capability, supplier readiness, and inventory performance. Through disciplined cross-functional collaboration, Planning safeguards business continuity, strengthens 
operational resilience, and supports sustainable growth. 

Production Planner is responsible for translating demand forecasts into robust and executable production plans, while proactively monitoring and optimizing it against demand volatility, material availability, operational issues and inventory imbalance. This role is central to maintaining supply continuity, ensuring service level, optimizing working capital, and reducing waste and SLOB. It also requires strong coordination across Planning, Factory, Warehouse, Procurement, R&D and QA to ensure timely decisions and effective issue resolution. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Local Production Management 
• Own end to executable end production planning process by translating demand weekly production forecasts plan that balance factory capacity, service level into, and inventory policy
• Act as supply planning champion to supply continuity against work with RPM
related issues cross functional team to and operational hiccups safeguard FGs 
• Partner with DP, MSO to get insights on most updated sales trends and collaborate with RPM planners to adjust production and material plans accordingly to ensure service level and optimal inventory mix. 

2. Export Production Management and Customer Collaboration 
• Own production planning activities for export portfolios, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and factory capability. 
• Partner proactively with export customers and internal stakeholders to manage demand changes, production priorities, and supply risks with transparency and agility. 
• Build collaborative relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to enhance planning reliability and strengthen end-to-end supply chain performance. 

3. Capacity Planning 
• Lead monthly demand supply reconciliation (DSR) by integrating latest demand outlook with factory capacity performance and utilization, identifying supply-demand gaps, and driving initiatives to enhance capacity utilization, ensuring supply readiness to support business growth. 
• Collaborate with long-term capacity planning (LTCP) team and factory to run mid and long-term strategies to unlock capacity and improve production efficiency. 

4. Inventory management and Data Analysis 
• Monitor inventory performance metrics (DOH, QoS, etc.) and analyze inventory loss tree to identify optimization opportunities and drive cross-functional actions. 
• Develop data-driven insights and performance analysis to drive continuous 
improvement initiatives while balancing service, inventory and operation resilience. 

5. Data Management  
• Maintain high-quality production master data in Kinaxis to enable accurate planning, reporting and decision-making. 
• Ensure data integrity by collaborating with cross master data issues in a timely manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Major is preferred
• Be able & familiar with Kinaxis / SAP system
• Critical Thinking, System Thinking
• Data Analysis, Communication Skills
• Good at English communication and professional usage
