WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE This role works for Unilever Food Solutions and Nutrition category, where you are managing the demand planning operation. As a Demand Planning Manager, you will be expected to stand at the heart of S&OP Process where you will work closely with our customer development, marketing and sourcing unit teams to build an integrated volume and sales plan where you will coordinate sustainable improvement and delivery of key KPIs supporting best business output, and hence will manage all downstream supply chain operations. You will be owner of the volume forecast for short, mid and long term periods. You will have the responsibility of managing short term demand-supply risks and manage them proactively within your business unit. Main responsibilities of the role are: Improve SC performance by defining and rolling out leading edge and harmonized demand planning processes and tools, to deliver business targets- service, inventory, business waste and forecast accuracy. Build and maintain strong working relationships across cross-functional teams, Business Units and Business Groups. Be a strong business partner with all key stakeholders to maintain trust and add value to the business. Generate sustainable solutions to overcome operational challenges and support business growth in collaboration with business teams. Lead supply chain disruption, interventions / supply shortage preventions by ensuring respected safety stock   Support marketing and I&P teams through innovation and simplification agenda. Manage inventory while ensuring maximum service level & availability. Minimizing business waste risk by actively managing over and residual inventory. Endorse future fit planning processes via increasing variety of inputs for no touch planning, as well as improvement in adoption of no touch forecasting WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering/operations or equivalent experience Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in supply chain planning, operations, or related roles. Local experience is crucial. Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts. Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
