JOB PURPOSE

This role exists tocoordinate and control day-to-day warehouse activities to support business service levels through effective inventory management, cost control, and safe operations. The Warehouse Coordinator ensures compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards, supports efficient material flow, optimizes warehouse space utilization, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to meet operational and customer requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Open Order Allocation

Daily Internal Movement (STOTriggering, PFI and TARIF Sheet creation)

EnsuringPrimary InventoryAccuracy

Primary Write off and Destruction operation and tracking

Monthly PO Creation and billing for Primary

SCRAP and NEW Empty Pallet Management

Storage Occupancy Monitoring

Replenishment of the Consumable Material

FIRS Tracking and Monitoring

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS

- Working knowledge of warehouse management processes, including receiving, put‑away, picking, cycle counting, anddispatch.
- ExperienceusingSAPfor inventory transactions and reporting.
- Ability to analyze inventory and operational data usingExcel or standard reporting tools(Power BI …etc.)
- Understandinghealth, safety, and quality standardswithin warehouse orlogisticsoperations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong commercial and cost control awareness

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Collaborative team player with a hands‑on operational mindset
