JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to drive financial performance of Unilever Central Asian countries and to partner related teams for financial analysis, managed from Istanbul. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Performance & P&L Ownership:

  • Lead Actual analysis, Forecasting, and Month End Closing cycles.
  • Ensure on time in full reporting of P&L related items.
  • Own the full P&L, delivering clear variance analysis and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Turn financial data into concrete actions to protect growth and margin.

Decision Support & Business Partnering

  • Provide robust financial analysis on revenue, margin, mix, pricing and cost drivers.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, CSP, Supply Chain and Country Sales teams
  • Challenge assumptions and influence decisions with data-driven insights.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CPA, CMA certification a plus.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of financial experience or similar positions, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong analytical capabilities with bias to drive action.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to respond under pressure.
  • Ability and drive to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional team.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and preferably in SAP.
  • Fluency in English & Turkish
  • Excellent engagement, presentation, and communication skills
  • Financial mindset to drive performance and number crunching.
  • Analytical and stakeholder management skills with a detail-oriented approach
