BW Affiliate Assistant Manager

**Job Overview - We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Affiliate Assistant Manager to drive growth of Unilever BW brands on TikTok Shop and Shopee - This role will focus on planning and together working with MCNs to manage the affiliate ecosystem, recruit high-performing creators, and drive sales through Tiktok Shop & Shopee affiliate and creator commerce programs. **Key Responsibilities - Lead MCN to plan and execute affiliate activities (Livestream, Video) to drive GMV & ROAS target with growth ambition for Unilever BW brands on TikTok Shop/Shopee - Deploy New Product Innovation campaign E2E via affiliate activities on TikTok Shop & Shopee - Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics such as GMV & and ROI. - Collaborate with internal teams including key account, trade, trade/brand marketing, and media team to deliver affiliate performance. - Track market trends and competitor activities within TikTok Shop & Shopee affiliate ecosystems. - Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to improve performance effectiveness. - Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant TikTok Shop & Shopee creators, influencers, and affiliate partners. **Requirements - 3-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, or e-commerce. - Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop / Shopee / MCN affiliate is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of creator economy, social commerce, and TikTok content trends. - Proven ability to manage and recruit content creators and affiliate partners. - Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking sales performance and campaign KPIs. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project simultaneously.
