Background and Purpose of Job

We are seeking a strategic, results-orientedAssociate Business Performance Managerto lead market performance across our Core 5 Beauty & Wellbeing brands in the US. This role serves as the central hub for assessing market dynamics and delivering actionable insights to our Marketing and CS&P teams - driving competitive growth and unlocking new opportunities. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

You’llbe part of the newly formed Business Performance Team (BPT), reporting to the Business Performance Manager. The BPT also oversees Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Net Revenue Management (NRM), with a shared mission to fuel sustainable growth.

Who You Are and WhatYou’llDo: 

  • Performance Review Meeting:Facilitatemonthly performance review meetings with Beauty & Wellbeing leadership. Share internal and external business drivers, year-to-go (YTG) plans, and spotlight key opportunities and risks.

  • Share Reporting & Analysis:Lead monthly share reporting and support performance analysis for our five core brands. Deliver executive summaries and strategic recommendations to brand teams.

  • Strategic Deep Dives:Monitor market trends and competitive activity to ensure our Hair Care and Skin Care brands are positioned to win. Support 6P analyses and competitive deep dives to inform brand strategy.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand, Finance, CMI, and MMC teams to align on business drivers and build a cohesive narrative for the BU Leadership Team.

WhatYou’llNeedToSucceed

  • Bachelor’s degree, with 3+ years of experience in CS&P, Marketing, Finance 

  • Strong Analytical SkillsetwithfluencyinCircana, Numerator, and Excel

  • Comfortable using data throughout aspects of the role, turning insights into strategic thinking and ideas

  • Proven record of drive and initiative with outstanding interpersonal & communication skills

  • High attention to detail and a bias for action

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure

Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.  

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.  

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
