Promotional Planning Manager
Beauty & Wellbeing – North America

Background & Purpose of the Role
The Promotional Planning Manager for Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W) is accountable for end-to-end Special Packs and Displays planning across the full B&W US retail portfolio, executed in close partnership with our Menasha 3PL Repack Partner. The role owns the development and execution of one agreed, reconciled, and optimized constrained supply and demand plan, covering both In/Out promotional projects and the sustained service of Every Day promotional packs.
Working across Wash & Care, Styling, Skin Care Body, Skin Care Face, and Sundial subcategories, the manager leads a team of Special Pack Planners and carries primary accountability for promotional OTIF delivery, dispatch rate performance, inventory optimization, and business waste reduction.
This role is central to the PMT cross-functional planning routines, facilitating discussions that challenge, align, and firmly establish reconciled supply and demand positions while surfacing gaps, risks, escalations, and recommended decisions in a timely and structured way.
Who You Are
A leader who earns credibility through action.
You build trust with cross-functional partners, external stakeholders, and your own team by listening well, following through, and holding yourself to the same standard you set for others.
A clear-headed decision maker.
You can work through competing scenarios under real constraints, make a defensible call, and communicate it confidently across the organization.
A systems thinker.
You naturally connect upstream supply signals to downstream customer impact and stay ahead of inventory positioning decisions rather than reacting to them.
Someone who can turn data into a story.
You translate complex planning outputs into clear, credible narratives that give business partners what they need to act.
What You’ll Do
Supply and Demand Planning
• Develop and maintain a single reconciled, optimized, and constrained supply and demand plan across all B&W promotional packs, aligned with Demand Planning and Customer Development counterparts.
• Build supply schedules for Menasha based on demand requirements and capacity constraints, with clear prioritization logic agreed with the business.
• Manage a clean dependent demand view and maintain rough-cut and short-term capacity plans with clear callouts for Menasha coordination.
• Develop and present planning scenarios to inform business decisions, including constrained volume forecasts, stock and risk projections, and balanced capacity overviews.
• Lead resolution of short-term supply challenges in close partnership with Menasha and internal stakeholders.
Project and Timeline Management
• Serve as lead Project Manager for all new promotional launch timelines, ensuring full cross-functional engagement across artwork, contracts, BOMs, and materials.
• Track all relevant meeting outputs including decisions, escalations by exception, recommended actions, and business implications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams through PMT routines to challenge, align on, and firmly establish reconciled supply and demand plans.
• Proactively surface delivery risks with recommended mitigations before they become escalations.
Inventory and Waste Management
• Maintain Special Packs inventory at optimized levels while keeping business waste to a minimum across the portfolio.
• Monitor and manage Material Cost and VIP projects as part of the planning cycle.
• Provide regular reporting and clear recommendations on inventory risk and plan supportability.

Key Performance Indicators
• OTIF on the Promotional Portfolio
• Dispatch Rate
• Capacity Utilization at Menasha
• Rough-Cut Capacity Planning accuracy at Menasha
• Output Reliability at Menasha
• Special Packs Inventory Levels

What You’ll Need to Succeed
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience. MBA is preferred.
• Four or more years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, with meaningful time in supply planning or manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing external manufacturing or repack partners. Prior 3PL co-pack experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and influence without direct authority.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, hold performance accountable, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills across writing, facilitation, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with supply planning tools, scenario modeling, and structured planning processes. IBP or S&OE experience is advantageous.
• High accountability and follow-through in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
