Job Purpose

UFRESH is Unilever’s nationwide 6‑month sales internship program designed to develop future‑ready field sales talent across Indonesia. Over six months, UFRESH gives you an opportunity to gain real on‑ground exposure by working closely with business partners, understanding distribution dynamics, and contributing to business growth in diverse market conditions.

Designed for students and fresh graduates, UFRESH offers accelerated learning for those eager to build a strong foundation in sales within Indonesia’s dynamic FMCG landscape. High‑performing interns may unlock a fast-track to progress as Sales Trainee, positioning UFRESH as an early steppingstone for emerging sales talent.

This limited‑intake opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy engaging with people, and want to create meaningful impact on the ground.

Candidate Criteria

• Final year students or fresh graduates

• Open for all majors

• Indonesian Citizenship

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree

• A minimum GPA of 3.30 out of 4.00

• Have strong leadership capability, active in organization, and passion to work in FMCG

• Learners with strong adaptability, energy, and passion for sales

• Individuals willing to be placed anywhere across Indonesia

• Available for a full-time and on-site internship in each placement city throughout May – November 2026
