JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

  • Governing monthly factory performance reporting, including conversion cost, efficiency and savings delivery.

  • Preparing business cases for capacity enhancement and capability building

  • Monitoring manufacturing variances and identifying corrective actions to improve factory performance

  • Maintaining standard costing, BOM governance and product costing accuracy within ERP systems

  • Leading inventory controls, stock reconciliations and physical verifications

  • Tracking waste, yields, labour and overhead performance against targets

  • Supporting month-end closing activities relating to inventory, manufacturing costs and factory provisions

  • Governing factory capex, project tracking and post-investment reviews

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable control framework and supporting internal and external audits


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Finance Graduate or Finance Professional Qualification (CA/ACCA) 

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant finance experience (experience in FMCG and/or cost controllership is preferred) 

Skills 

  • Investment appraisal

  • Cost accounting

  • Management Reporting

  • Detail-oriented

  • Technical systems related skills, specifically SAP and MS excel, Power BI preferred 

  • Good communication/coordination skills with high level of English language proficiency
