JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to lead the electrical scope of engineering projects from their conception to full implementation, defining the scope, key phases, resource planning and timelines required to ensure successful execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the electrical scope of engineering projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring proper execution of key phases, compliance with project management processes, and adherence to established technical standards.
  • Lead the electrical design of industrial facilities, collaborating closely with the project leader, communicating specifications and changes, and facilitating productive meetings aligned with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with other factories and departments within Unilever’s global network to support collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide technical support and coordinate technical profiles when project complexity requires it, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Stay updated and incorporate technological innovations, seeking improvements both within and outside the organization to drive continuous improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Electronic,
  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in production environments / industrial food sector is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of P&ID, MicroStation, Autocad, PMP certification, EPLAN.
  • Digital skills and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel, etc.
  • Language: Advanced English (C1 level or equivalent).
  • Leadership and people management.
  • Teamwork.
  • Communication and interaction with different teams.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Decision-making.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Availability and schedule flexibility required to adapt to planned shutdowns and ensure efficient and safe execution of activities.
