PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

RESPONSABLE DE SUPERVISAR, LIDERAR Y ORGANIZAR A UN EQUIPO DE VENDEDORES/REPARTIDORE/FRPARA EL LOGRO DE OBJETIVOSASEGURANDO LA SEGURIDAD EN TODO MOMENTO, MIENTRAS TRABAJA EN LA EJECUCIONDE UNA ESTRATEGIA COMERCIAL, EL CUIDADO EL SEGUIMIENTO A INDICADORES DE NEGOCIO, TENIENDO UN ENFOQUE EN EL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE.

¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?

Escolaridad

Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.

Experiencia

Amplia experiencia en ventas.
Lectura, comprensión y seguimiento de KPIs de negocio.

Requisitos indispensables

Licencia de chofer vigente.
Disponibilidad para movilidad dentro de la zona de cobertura.
