Procurement Markets Coordinator (Argentina)


SCOPE OF ROLE  
This is an exciting and dynamic role where the main responsibility is to be able to connect business and Procurement materials strategies with the objective of delivering consumer needs, business growth and our external social and environmental commitments. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business partner to guarantee Procurement´s contribution to the category margin and growth ambitions.
  • The voice of Procurement with the business, ensure alignment between portfolio strategies with the division's strategy.
  • Guardians of NMI, identify NMCI top offenders portfolios, challenge potential material cost increases and support portfolios to reduce impacts.
  • Development and leadership of cost savings projects and strategic projects.
  • Manage packaging & raw materials supply crisis and transform it into competitive advantage.
  • Lead Competitors agenda along with key portfolios.
  • Support Sustainability agenda by leading implementation of projects roadmap.
  • Development Key Materials resilience plan to guarantee safety supply.
  • Leadership role in local innovations/ innopricing, guaranteeing correct materials strategies, costs optimization and reducing supplier lead times to guarantee launch on time.
  • Lead Work together with suppliers to ensure flawless service and focus on continuous improvement to ensure Quality.
  • Implement portfolios Strategies: alternative sourcing validations, develop alternative suppliers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Knowledge SAP & PowerBI are a plus.
  • Be result and solution oriented; be able to solve (unexpected) problems (in short notice)
  • Self-Management (priority setting, risk analysis, resources)
  • Hands on profile, take ownership and responsibility, have energy and drive
  • Excellent communication & networking skills.
  • Analytical capability and resilient behavior
