• Atendimento direto ao cliente, com foco em venda e negociação de produtos e serviços; • Gestão e acompanhamento de performance de vendas (sell-in e sell-out), garantindo o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas; • Negociação com base em análise de dados e inteligência de mercado, proporcionando decisões assertivas e baseadas em evidências; • Gestão do negócio utilizando ferramentas da Unilever para controle de estoque, pedidos e acompanhamento de performance; • Desenvolvimento e execução de estratégias de gestão de categorias e produtos, com foco no aumento de participação de mercado; • Gestão de investimentos e controle financeiro da conta, assegurando o retorno esperado para a empresa; • Realização de visitas presenciais aos clientes, incluindo visitas a lojas, eventos e reuniões de relacionamento; • Participação em JBP (Joint Business Plan) junto ao cliente, alinhando estratégias e metas de longo prazo; • Desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de planos de ação para alcance de KPIs de vendas e indicadores qualitativos; • Interface direta com áreas internas da Unilever, como financeiro, trade marketing, merchandising, supply chain e outras equipes de suporte.
