Function: Supply Chain
Work Level: 1
Reports to: Operations Manager - PC
Location: Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab

Job Purpose:
This role is responsible to lead change management role on innovations, ensuring all inputs are available and SC is geared up for deployment including new innovations, product transfers, rollouts, recipe changes and line extensions with an agreed time plan.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE


I. Change Management
a. Single point of contact for Technology inputs for various teams. Will represent SC in CCBTs. Acts as an extension to the Group Category Technology team and will ensure full alignment to the category technology program
b. Feed the definition – product, process and packaging design requirements for local market to Group Category for design adaptation and approval.

II. CAPEX Management
a. Drives Capex Management - supporting Short, Medium and Long Term investment for growth, innovation and convergence; Ensures implementation of long term capacity plans.
b. Establishes the Financial Glide Plath for given segmented supply chains and responsible to drive improvement in ROA ( return on assets )
c. Develops and Manages Capex planning and implementation prioritization
III Innovation Projects
a. Drive Innovation Excellence / OTIF by leading EPM (which includes QA, product safety, planning and data co-ordination) and supporting EEM/DFM
b. Responsible for Business case on Innovation plan input for contract and market ready documents
c. Ensure effective link with R&D, Planning and factories for innovation, Capacity and VIP delivery
d. In case of existing technologies responsible to drive innovation process from Contract gate to Commissioning in the cluster.
e. Develop local technology standards for unique technologies. Responsible for driving innovation process of Cluster specific local jewels, non global brands
IV. Other Projects
a. Responsible for technical risk assessments to avoid quality issues.
b. Ensuring investments in driving core design convergence in the cluster
c. Ensure the very highest technology standards and processes are implemented and are aligned to global specifications & standards

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED


Education & Experience:

• Engineering degree educated or equivalent experience
• Good Knowledge of Process and Technology / Equipment associated with an FMCG company.
• Knowledge and experience in Quality in Innovation for Manufacturing including statistical analysis and process control, supplier assessment and capabilities, risk assessments for raw materials / packing materials / formulations and validation of in –house and co-making operations
• Able to prepare machine/process stream specifications and machinery project management networks.

Skills:

• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to link technology decisions to value creation and ROA improvement.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills across cross‑functional and external partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Power BI for data‑driven decision making, performance tracking, and investment evaluations.
• Demonstrates strong on‑ground engagement with factories, suppliers, co‑makers, and markets (“feet on street” mindset).
• Ability to strategize end‑to‑end technology, capacity, and innovation roadmaps with strong execution rigor.
