  • Translate global direction into high-impact, locally relevant plans
  • Identify growth opportunities across the full marketing mix and drive performance
  • Connect consumer insight, brand positioning, and business results
  • Ensure strong link between strategy, execution, and performance tracking
  • Analyze performance and bring clear, data-driven recommendations
  • Challenge local and global strategies with a strong point of view
  • Contribute to defining ambitious and realistic targets and KPIs
  • Foster high-quality discussions, bringing constructive tension to elevate decisions and outcomes
  • Operate with end-to-end visibility, connecting innovation, brand, and in-market execution

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in Marketing, with exposure to brand strategy, innovation, and demand creation
  • Strong business acumen with ability to connect strategy to measurable results
  • End-to-end marketing perspective and ability to navigate across multiple areas
  • Advanced English
  • Bachelor’s degree completed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in complex and matrixed organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced and evolving business environments

ADDITIONAL PROFILE EXPECTATIONS

  • Pragmatic, objective, and results-oriented
  • Confident to challenge and influence with a clear point of view
  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset
  • Able to create positive tension that drives better thinking and stronger outcomes while maintaining collaboration
