This opportunity allows the successful candidate to influence employee experience, lead large-scale HR operations, drive digital transformation, and build high-performing teams that deliver exceptional service every day.

Hub Scale & Impact
The Manila Hub supports employees, managers, and HR teams across 16 markets. Performance highlights include 98.2% SLA achievement, 4.5/5 customer satisfaction, 97% first contact resolution, 3% Tier-2 escalation rate, 1% reopened case ratio, and less than 1% ageing case ratio.

What You Will Be Accountable For
Lead a high-performing organization; deliver outstanding employee experiences; drive operational excellence and transformation; ensure governance, risk and compliance; and build strategic partnerships across HR and business stakeholders.

What Success Looks Like
Deliver outstanding employee experiences across approximately 15,000 employees and 16 markets, sustain strong operational performance, drive measurable improvements in productivity and automation, and build a highly capable and engaged organization.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of leadership experience in HR, People Operations, HR Shared Services, People Experience, or Global Business Services environments. 
  • Proven leadership experience in multi-country operations, strong Hire-to-Retire expertise, experience with Workday and ServiceNow, operational excellence, stakeholder management, transformation leadership, compliance, governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience within multinational organizations, shared services environments, global operations, automation, AI adoption, and process excellence methodologies.
  • Ability to inspire and empower others, build strong teams, balance strategic priorities with operational delivery, use data to drive decisions, and lead transformation with pace and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline. Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.


Technical & Professional Skills
HR Operations, Workday, ServiceNow, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Continuous Improvement, Digital Transformation, Data Governance, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, and Project Delivery.
