We are looking for an Assistant Excellence Finance Manager who is passionate about improving the way financial information is delivered, understood, and used to drive decisions. In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end reporting process and help shape the future of automation within our finance operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys challenging existing ways of working, finding smarter solutions, and enabling the business to focus more on meaningful insights rather than manual processes.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving excellence across several key areas, including:

• Automation and Reporting Excellence: Develop and continuously improve automated reporting solutions that enhance clarity, efficiency, and decision‑making across finance teams.

• Forecast Consolidation: Lead forecast consolidation activities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and clear communication of business performance.

• Cash Flow and Financial Insights Automation: Build and maintain automated tools that support cash forecasting and financial storytelling, enabling faster and more reliable insights.

• End‑to‑End Forecasting Process Improvements: Strengthen our end‑to‑end forecasting processes by finding opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve the quality of forward‑looking analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Finance / Data analytics. 

• Proven experience in forecast consolidation and reporting automation

• understanding of cash forecasting, working capital, and financial drivers

• Demonstrated ability to lead process excellence / finance transformation initiatives

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Finance and IT

• Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to data accuracy and controls
