Main Job Purpose:

Partner with both central digitization of distributive trade (DDT) teams as well as in-market CBD teams to enable successful deployment of DDT chassis and drive change management across all stakeholders (within Unilever as well as with distributors and sales reps).

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:

Digital product management

  • Support product design and ongoing innovation
    • Provide ongoing support after product launch to ensure that products are adopted, realize business benefits, and are improved over time.
    • Maintain a market point of view of key product features and innovations required to drive greater business benefits.

Change management/ PMO – design and execution in market

  • Drive change management and adoption of new ways of working
    • Work with central DDT change enablement to co-design new ways of working for sales reps, distributors, as well as Unilever stakeholders as part of DDT deployment and digital transformation.
    • This includes designing and implementing the necessary processes, conducting training, as well as gathering feedback from stakeholders for continuous improvement.
    • Leverage and localize central change management toolkits to drive on-ground change management and training for all stakeholders.
    • Share feedback (especially from a user adoption and business perspective) on products deployed.
  • Support planning and status reporting of in-market DDT deployment
    • Work closely with central DDT change enablement and PMO to develop and align timelines with necessary stakeholders and leadership, considering dependencies, timelines, as well as overall focus on activities on the critical path.
    • Recommend and put in place required in-market project governance to ensure that risks and issues are communicated in a timely manner to the necessary stakeholders.
  • Drive and oversee the execution of DDT deployment
    • Support delegation of objectives and tasks to teams and workstreams.
    • Support the delivery of key milestones/ deliverables in the workplan.
    • Connect workstream leads to subject matter experts (as required) on critical design decisions and risk / issue mitigating strategies.
  • Work with external vendors (as required) to support DDT deployment.
    • Where required, drive and oversee execution of projects with partners (in line with what has been mentioned above).

Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience coordinating and driving projects/ enterprise transformation in digital platform(s).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines and requirements.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a global virtual team in a dynamic environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Senior Leaders.
