Are you ready to take the reins of the Contingent workforce lifecycle at Unilever? In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, partnering closely with procurement, providing critical data and analysis to maintain a robust and effective Preferred Supplier List (PSL). Your keen eye for detail will ensure our suppliers consistently meet their Service Level Agreements (SLAs), driving excellence and efficiency across the board.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Lead the Contingent Worker Tracking Programme:
- Take charge of all aspects of the programme, ensuring compliance, controls, and comprehensive reporting for the countries in your assigned scope.
- Propose and implement enhancements and improvements to process, technology and governance to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the programme.
- Develop and administer a supplier performance programme with mutually agreed scorecards, tracking and reporting metrics against SLAs.
- Data Analysis, Reporting, and Compliance:
- Dive deep into data to uncover trends, patterns, and potential issues related to workforce health and supplier compliance.
- Ensure all metrics and KPIs are produced in line with contractual agreements
- Meticulously document compliance metrics, issues, and resolutions for future reference and audits.
- Supplier Engagement & Performance Monitoring:
- Evaluate supplier performance against SLAs and compliance requirements, using tracking systems to identify and address non-compliance in collaboration with local teams.
- Oversee the management and performance reviews of the top 10 suppliers by volume, as well as those not meeting programme requirements.
- Facilitate onboarding and provide training for suppliers as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Clearly communicate findings, trends, risks, and recommendations to key stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure program continuity.
- Issue Escalation:
- Maintain open communication and escalate issues to leadership, HR Market Lead, and the relevant Procurement team regarding supplier performance and compliance with CW policies.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 3+ years of data analytics experience and a strong understanding of contingent workforce management, or supplier management would be ideal
- Experience working with tracking systems and tools used for monitoring supplier performance and compliance.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel is required.
- Experience with Workday VNDLY is a plus.
- Fluent in English
- Experience working in a global team environment and/or across multiple markets is preferred.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for documenting compliance metrics and ensuring accuracy in reporting.
- Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to SLAs.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with local teams and stakeholders.
