Job Main Purpose

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to bring your creativity and passion for communication and people engagement to life, driving internal engagement and communications initiatives across North Africa, Levant & Iraq. As part of the Internal Communications team, you’ll play a key role in content creation, event coordination, and logistical support, ensuring our employees stay connected, informed, and inspired.

Job Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, write, and design content for a range of internal communications, including emails, newsletters, and key announcements.
  •  Manage and execute internal email communications, ensuring timely and effective delivery to targeted employee groups.
  • Lead logistics and event management for town halls, events, and other employee engagement activities.
  • Support the creation and execution of global internal communication campaigns, adapting them for local relevance and engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and content updates for internal platforms (e.g., Inside Unilever homepage, News Centre, SharePoint), ensuring information is current and engaging.
  • Provide hands-on support in designing and creating digital content, including visuals, for both internal platforms and Unilever’s social media.
  • Monitor and respond to internal communications requests, managing the flow of information and ensuring key messages are delivered efficiently.
  • Assist with managing a calendar of internal communications and engagement activities to maintain a steady and coordinated flow of messaging.
  • Offer logistical support across various projects to ensure smooth execution, from event coordination to content distribution.
  • Work with the employer brand team to support content creation and calendar review for Unilever's social media platforms.

Job requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant studies (Communications, Digital Media, or related field)
  • up to 2 years of experience in corporate/ internal communications, preferably at a multinational company.
  • Fresh graduates with relative internships are welcome to apply.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • French languais a plus.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content design skills, with strong practical experience of relevant software tools and programs.
  • Proven Experience in managing internal email communications, including scheduling, sending, and tracking key announcements.
  • Strong organizational and event management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using digital communication platforms, including Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently, especially in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt, learn quickly and remain creative and relevant.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including writing, editing, speaking, and delivering presentations.
  • Experience in design and content writing.
