Nutrition business group
Knorr is North Africa, Levant & Iraq largest power brand, with strong footprint (80% of nutrition business) in Egypt. Have an undisputed leadership position of 76% in bullion and 46% in Meal makers.
Source of growth:
GET KNORR OUT OF THE CUPBOARD!! As big as the brand is today... The headroom for growth is massive! Knorr No1 bullion brand in Egypt, in Bouillon we are found in 80% of household cupboards BUT ONLY used in 20% of the dishes! In Meal Makers Knorr is in 50% of the cupboards but only in 16% of the dishes.
In short, we have a big opportunity to get into more top dish occasions, and to drive the growth of the category and grow disproportionately out of it.
Home Care business group
Home care in Egypt and Sudan is the smallest category and one of our biggest white space.
The business is predominantly in fabric enhancers where we are strongly growing shares at +700bps.
The footprint of the current business is in modern trade channel where penetration in GT is still subdued.
Premiumization on both portfolio and channel perspective is a great accretive source of growth for the category.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
The candidate will report to the NALI Nutrition, IC & Home care Marketing Director and will be responsible for leading Egypt & Sudan Business. He/she will lead the nutrition & Home care business team to deliver profitable and competitive growth in Egypt and Sudan.
Key accountabilities:
• Driving strategic priorities of accelerating Core, shape up Our portfolio, and build whitespaces.
• Lead Market Development Agenda for Egypt (One of the Top globally tracked cell in Nutrition) in light of new Global framework focusing on Top Dish/Occasions, working on communication and mix development.
• Competitive Growth Lead & mobilize CCBT behind Competitive growth agenda led by volume growth.
• Build an investment ready model to support marketing initiatives Own & Lead Category P&L, pricing scenarios, Maxing the Mix, Product logic & re-engineering, and Budget optimization, with a strong cost control approach to stay competitive.
• Lead unmissably superior portfolio transformation & Multi-Year Innovation programs: Partner with R&D leveraging our best technology capabilities developing 100% local mixes with superior formulas that beats competition that are in line with Egyptian latest trends and change in market dynamics, Partner with CMI on Product & Concept testing, mobilize CD team to see unmissable innovations landing in & being scaled.
Lead potential premiumization opportunities in Home care.
• Develop Strong future fit Marketers and business leaders who are digitally & AI enabled to drive efficiency and better productivity.

Experiences & Qualifications
Minimum 10 years in Consumer Marketing, with substantial experience in Foods.
• Leads with a growth mindset, ability to mobilize the cross functional teams to accelerates business performance.
• Strategic thinker, inspiring storyteller, action enabler with short- and long-term impact.
• Deep passion and understanding of consumers and the external environment.
• Ideally with genuine passion for great tasting food and a fun to work with person.
Skills
Nutrition is a local to local category that needs a person who are consumer passionate and have the ability to deeply understand consumer insight and turn it into a business opportunity.
