JOB PURPOSE

The UniOps Business partner – NALI & EWA role sits within the 1UL Engagement organization and sits within the larger UniOps team. 

In this role, you’ll partner 1UL markets in NALI & EWA in deploying E2E digital portfolio, support Service delivery, change management / adoption and collaborate with UniOps product teams to enable Value through Power-of-one initiatives in the market. 

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Provide Digital expertise for 1UL NALI & EWA markets while contributing to broader 1UL market-wide initiatives. 
  • Support the product team in assessing new products, providing insights on feasibility and impact. 
  • Assist product teams in product deployment, ensuring smooth market integration. 
  • Drive adoption and benefits realization for UniOps PO1 products across assigned markets. 
  • Plan and coordinate service outages and Business Continuity measures, ensuring minimal disruption. 
  • Escalate critical incidents with quantifiable business impact (turnover, make, invoices authentication/generation) to product owners for resolution. 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across 1UL markets to facilitate smooth digital operations and drive continuous improvement. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Experience in Tech or Data & Analytics 
  • ​Experience with Digital transformation with an in depth understanding of at least one of AI, Automation and Technology 
  • ​3 to 5 years business partnering experience 
  • ​Portfolio Management 
  • ​Change Management experience 
  • ​Understanding of 1UL markets in NALI & EWA
