We are looking for a Regional Sales Executive / SatışMüfettişito work within our Customer Development team. This role is based in CİZRE
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Ensuring the necessary communication between the Distributor and Unilever
Quickly identify and analyze development opportunities and possible problems in the market for which he/she is responsible and share them with his/her superior.
To maintainappropriate communication with store managers to implement the conditions determined by the channel in the stores in regions where Field Operation Executive cannot visit, to ensure the use of Visibility/Visual and announcement materials
Trying to forecast the right quantity and variety of products to the right customer, and exhibiting the highest and meticulous performance to ensure minimal returns,
Making customer visits in the market within the framework of the targets determined during the year
To raise awareness by making regular notifications about the team's compliance with the Traffic Rules, to carry out inspection and supervision on these issues, to provide or ensure the necessary information in case of a possible accidents
To follow up the determined expenses covered by the company's cost account in the distributor cost system (peracost) and to ensure that they are processed correctly by the Assistant. Performing operations in line with the annual cost budget
To follow the Personnel, Vehicle and Warehouse information on the system, and to ensure that the necessary updates are made by the Assistant (clothes, safe, vehicle, personnel, etc.).
To regularly monitor progress payments and other issues created for Distributors centrally to ensure mutual invoicing.
To carry out effective detection and checks in Good and Damaged Return transactions, to check that the returns received are received according to the procedure determined by the company, to make/ensure counting and invoicing together with the necessary photo determination
Checking the stocks of the products in the warehouses according to their expiration dates and preparing the stock old report and forwarding it to the relevant people,
Following up on having the appropriate stock level for the market and periodically and creating daily/weekly orders accordingly.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
· University Degree
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Demonstrable and successful sales track record
· Good presentation skills
· Proven record of effectively meeting sales quotas
· A degree in business studies would be an advantage
