We are looking for a motivated and proactive Strategy, Communication & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for coordinating strategic initiatives, communication activities, and wellbeing programs within our organization.
The role reports directly into the Head of Country and has frequent interaction with a broad scala of stakeholders internally & externally. Your extended team will consist of the HR team, SHE- responsable & the Belgian NMT & CDLT. To be successful in this role you need a proactive mindset, high work ethic, creative & commercial mindset, readiness to search for solution when problems occur.
What will your main responsibilities be?
Strategic Support:
Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives.
Create and shape strategic presentations and reports.
Communication:
Manage both internal and external communication channels together with the BNX communication team.
Maintain contacts with external partners and organizations.
Coordinate participation for Unilever people in events and conferences.
Wellbeing and HR Support:
Coordinate wellbeing programs and initiatives aimed at promoting employee happiness and health, including collaborating with the happiness team.
Work with HR to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Organize and coordinate internal events such as town halls, holidays, and team-building activities.
Organizational Support:
Manage the agenda of the Head of Country & of the Commercial Lead PC BNX
Act as a point of contact for external contacts and visitors.
Coordinate administrative tasks and projects.
Skills you should have:
Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience you should have:
Bachelor's degree in communication, business administration, HR, or a related field.
Fluent in Dutch, English & French
Experience as coordinator, in communication, HR, ... is a plus
