JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to lead the marketing efforts for Knorr power brand in Greece. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating insight-driven brand plans that deliver both short-term results and long-term growth in market share and profitability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Consumer & Market Insights
- Develop a deep understanding of category performance, consumer behavior, shopper insights, and retailer strategies.
- Collaborate closely with CMI and external research partners to inform decision-making.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Contribute to the development and annual revision of the long-term category strategy.
- Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process: conduct brand analysis, define strategic priorities and craft the annual marketing plan.
Brand Activation
- Design and implement launch/relaunch plans.
- Oversee media and promotional strategies, adapting to market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate the local execution of regional/global initiatives (e.g., packaging, media).
Performance Monitoring & Innovation
- Track and evaluate the success of new product launches.
- Identify and validate new business opportunities through market analysis and business case development.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a key liaison between marketing and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and within agreed targets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or brand development.
- Proven experience in media planning (traditional and digital) and consumer activation.
- Fluent in Greek & English.
- High literacy in MS Office.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset in addition to the excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Postgraduate degree, preferably in Marketing or MBA.
- Ability to balance long-term planning with day-to-day execution.
- Proactive market awareness and trend sensitivity.
- Action-oriented with a focus on turning insights into impactful initiatives.
