JOB PURPOSE:

As CD Excellence, you will play a vital role in supporting the Greece IC Sales Team by managing and developing sell-out reporting systems sourced from key retailer data. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and usability of these reports, helping the sales team make informed, data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for understanding the current reporting structures, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing enhancements that address the evolving needs of the business.

Reports to IC CD Excellence Lead.

Main Accountabilities

  • Manage and analyze sell-out data from key retailers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports to the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team by ensuring they have access to reliable and up-to-date data, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for report automation to streamline processes, enhancing overall reporting efficiency.
  • Oversee the smooth migration of data between systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the process.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to reports, providing quick and effective solutions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Engineering is an asset.
  • Over 3 years of experience in a similar role or finance analytics position.
  • 2+ years of practical experience with Azure (Databricks), Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Python.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English.
