JOB PURPOSE:

As part of our team in Customer Experience you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers through various channels such as e-mails, live chats or phone calls. You will have a chance to work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver seamless experience.
This role reports to the GR & EMEE IC Customer Operations Logistics/Customer Strategy Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All tasks required for flawless execution of order to cash activities
- Order entry and validation, delivery creation
- Invoice and Credit Notes generation
- Complete all necessary paperwork to proceed with physical deliveries and exports
- Customer claims management
- Troubleshoot on sales orders / deliveries/ billing documents and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all order management process
- Manage daily communication with logistics, sales & planning department to ensure smooth order creation and process flow
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices in compliance with company policies.
- Proactively manage and follow up on payments to ensure timely receipt of funds.
- Analyze and address escalated cash collection issues, providing detailed reports.
- Engage with customers to resolve overdue invoices while maintaining positive relationships.
- Identify and manage missed payments, implementing corrective actions to recover funds.
- Generate detailed forecasting reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of cash receipts and monitor cash flow.
- Ensure systematic organization and accessibility of financial records.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
- MBA or MSc. in Finance or related fields would be considered as a plus.
- Proven working experience in Customer Experience, Credit or Accounting.
- Familiar with all accounting procedures and can manage daily financial transactions end-to-end.
- Knowledge in FI module and SAP.
- Fluency in Greek & English
