Junior Ordering Unilever Food Solutions (Fixed Term)

Background & Main Job Purpose

The Junior Ordering UFS role plays a key part in supporting the end-to-end order management process. The position is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders in SAP, while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders’ teams to ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery. Additionally, this role contributes to the onboarding of new customers, helping maintain high standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.

Main Accountabilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently in the system SAP
• Cooperate effectively with sales, logistics and supply chain departments regarding the status of orders.
• Handle new customers’ procedure
• Monitor order progress and proactively address any discrepancies or delays ensuring timely delivery.
• Support internal reporting needs by maintaining accurate order data and contributing to performance tracking.
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities within the order management workflow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
• Approximately 1 year of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
