 Job Purpose

To lead and manage the end-to-end Order to Bill (O2B) process for the company, ensuring seamless order execution, timely invoicing, and high service levels. This role acts as the operational owner of O2B workflows including outsourced processes and serves as the primary contact for related system initiatives and master data integrity.

Main Accountabilities

  • Order to Bill Process Management
    • Supervise the complete O2B cycle: order entry, processing, stock control, delivery creation, and invoicing.
    • Ensure efficient internal control mechanisms are in place for accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service.
  • Monitoring 3rd Party Operations
    • Act as the main interface with outsourced service providers handling part of the O2B activities.
    • Define performance metrics, manage SLAs, and drive continuous improvement.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure adherence to contract terms.
  • IT Project Ownership
    • Lead system implementations and enhancements (e.g. SAP, EDI, automation tools) related to the O2B cycle.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors for successful execution of IT projects.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Own the creation, maintenance, and delivery of main O2B and service level KPIs reports.
    • Analyze trends to identify gaps and drive corrective actions together with stakeholders.
  • Customer Master Data Management
    • Oversee and maintain customer master data.
  • Audit Compliance
    • Ensure all O2B controls are executed and compliance with UL controls framework is met

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in O2B, Order Management, or Supply Chain roles in FMCG.
  • Experience in managing third-party operations and service providers.

Preferred Skills 

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and EDI technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or equivalent reporting tools.
