JOB PURPOSE
Collaborative Manufacturing Network will collaborate on cross-business teams to drive improvements to unlock growth and savings across business units.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Building E2E supply chain capability with partners which includes RPM and stock policy management, Unilever demand consolidation, supplier capacity and CM capacity planning.
- Collaborate with ILTCP in long-term capacity planning and innovation in CM.
- Ensure CM operational excellence (service, cost, quality) and supply continuity from CMs.
- Establish, implement and digitalise collaborative manufacturing requirements including process, system, and KPIs reporting.
- Standardize CM working agenda including DSR process and service management.
- Manage accurate data collection system for CMS and Ensure target KPIs are met (%DR, %OTIF, Quality, Safety, Cost saving, CPT, Waste, TP).
- Develop processes and standard way of working, including training for CMs covering change management processes for CMs.
- Implement CM process and efficiency improvement including cost-saving activities and saving tracking for all CMs.
- Responsible for NPD tracking and timely launch across B&W sites.
- Manage project timelines and readiness of CM to support innovation & resilience requirements.
- Initiate development of digital capabilities to simplify and expedite innovation and production information, all types of production movement.
- Take initiative in work and connect with partners on the matter-solving.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
It is highly recommended that the incumbent has a strong supply chain background, be entrepreneurial in day-to-day thinking, have a strong sense of urgency to get the job done, with strong communication skills. Generates significant value to the business via innovation support, speed to market, manufacturing flexibility, capital avoidance, and lower total cost of goods.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Relevant supply chain, planning, manufacturing, and engineering degrees
- Minimum two years of relevant SC experience.
- Supply chain, or other appropriate functional business experience in planning, digital science, data analytics, lateral & logical thinking, and business process improvement.
- Preferably Innovation planning, demand, supply plan, procurement background
- Fluency in English written and spoken.
- Strong Excel, copilot and MS skills. Preferably with SAP.

- Require basic appreciation of all supply chain general / cross-functional professional skills.
- Standards of Leadership Required for Success.
- Action-oriented to drive projects and improve KPIs. Self-starter and self-directed, working in an agile environment.

- Sensing on business products and market.
