Job Purpose

If you are eager to develop and lead Category thought leadership and category growth for the Foods business with integration of shopper, customer, and channel insights, and deployment of customer facing category strategies, then this role is just for you!
Main Responsibilities
Develop Category Strategy & Guidelines: Create and implement category strategies with a focus on packaging and placement to drive growth in CVS/7-Eleven channels.
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze EPOS sales data, consumer, and shopper insights to identify business opportunities in both existing and new channels.
Promotional Budget Management: Allocate and manage promotional budgets across channels to ensure optimal return on investment.
Promotion Guidelines & Rules: Develop and provide promotion guidelines based on post-evaluation learnings to achieve category objectives.
Pricing & Promotion Strategy: Recommend pricing, promotion strategies, and mechanics for new product launches and brand activation campaigns.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement category plans across various channels.
Marketing Activity Evaluation: Evaluate and review marketing activities to inform and improve future strategies.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification & Skill
Bachelor or Master degree in job related field.
At least 3 – 5 years of Net revenue management, trade marketing, category analyst and FMCG environment experiences.
Experience in F&B industry/company/channel is a plus
Candidate from market research also welcome to apply
Ability to analyze large amounts of data.
Excellent in English and Thai.
Good in presentation and negotiation
