Main Responsibilities
The eCommerce Customer Development team is dedicated to delivering sales growth of Unilever products and maximizing brand communication opportunities through online grocery websites. It sits within the Customer Development Structure and has strong links to Unilever trading and marketing teams. eCommerce is a strategic channel which is targeted to drive double digit growth.
Main Job Purpose
To support the eCommerce Team in organization and delivery of key initiatives on behalf of the GTM team in Thailand Support & drive business with delivery of activities onto online platforms. Champion the Perfect Store Online Development To work with the Search agency on optimizing Unilever’s eCommerce opportunities within retailer and outside (e.g. Google) Educate & train the GTM team on the latest developments in Ecommerce ensuring full roll out of all global Ecommerce programs
Key Accountabilities:
- Build, manage and develop eCommerce strategy and lead JBP commitment with key customers to achieve Unilever's business objectives both current and new platforms/channels
- Build, manage and develop offline CVS strategy and lead JBP commitment with key customers to achieve Unilever's business objectives both current and new platforms/channels
- Visualize and strategize promotions and campaigns to improve awareness and drive sale in eCommerce / Omnichannel and offline channel
- Manage all online/offline activities including campaign and product launch in relation to traffic acquisition, sales and conversion.
- Create business plan and drive weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews of performance against targets
- Lead and develop digital media strategy plan with internal marketing teams to achieve aligned KPI and goals for each eCommerce partners.
- Define and collaborate clear plan with cross functions: Marketing, Media Performance and other related functions to ensure all campaign and executions are the best to the customers
- Own and manage P/L
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in eCommerce industry
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Business or Business Administration
- Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as social media, display, platform campaign and affiliate channels.
- Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and campaign analysis.
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
