Main Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels and ensuring availability of necessary items.
- Procurement: Ordering supplies and negotiating with vendors.
- Maintenance: Ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Documentation: Maintaining records of inventory, purchases, and usage.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all materials meet safety standards.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
- Must have bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in engineering store admin
- Good to have FMCG background
Skill
- Some technical skills to support technical store procurement process, to know/check/confirm at least what’s type, spec, material and standard requirement of that part.
- Must familiar or excellence using SAP/CUPA store and administration management program.
- English skill, at least reading & writing for email internal communication and suppliers.
- Organizational Skills: Ensuring the store is well-organized for easy access to items.
- Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate documentation of inventory, purchases, and usage.
- Communication Skills: Coordinating with engineers, technicians, and suppliers effectively.
