Job Purpose

The Export Supervisor will oversee weekly planning, export operations, inventory management, and project execution, ensuring seamless coordination between production, customers, and logistics. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage demand accuracy, inventory hygiene, and transition costs efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

1. Weekly Planning & Export Operations

  • Request and monitor the Production Plan, ensuring STO (Stock Transfer Order) availability (U2K2).
  • Communicate and confirm supply plans with customers to align expectations.
  • Maintain demand hygiene within the system to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Oversee service & inventory management, ensuring sufficient stock levels and minimizing shortages.
  • Manage and process export documents for operations and registrations.
  • Prepare and maintain a shipment tracker for real-time visibility of deliveries.
  • Review and follow up on stock readiness for loading processes.
  • Generate and analyze the ICDOT report, providing reasoning for production under-planning issues.

2. Project Management

  • Oversee master data integrity for customers and products.
  • Follow up on NPD (New Product Development) network activities to ensure smooth product launches.
  • Manage artwork standard distribution for export markets.
  • Handle transition cost management, agreeing on cost allocations for export countries and sundry processes.

3. Other Export Operations

  • Coordinate closely with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Centralize and oversee stock checks for repair processes to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Candidate Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in export planning, inventory management, or related supply chain roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in ERP/Supply Chain Planning systems and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive continuous improvements.
