Main Responsibilities

Business Partnering:

  • Monthly analysis on top RPM price movement by category and cascade cost impact to BU Finance.

  • Act as Finance gateway and ensure SRS process governance with procurement team via monthly pre-approval SRS review and quarterly post-approval SRS validation.

  • Provide ad-hoc material cost analysis as requested.

  • Partner with BU Finance and attend CCBT.

Finance S&OP:

  • Lead GCU process for consolidated SCC cost preparation and review with FET S&OP team.

  • Review material cost assumption provided to GCU and flag significant cost risk & opportunity to BU Finance.

Material Price FC & MEC:

  • Coordinate with regional PF and SCFS to sign-off quarterly material price according to the agreed timeline.

  • Perform hygiene and reasonableness check of forecasted material price which is to be used to calculate material price inflation and construct local P&L forecast.

  • Ensure material forecast accuracy to ensure the business team make informed pricing decision.

  • Manage and consolidate CMA forecast to capture cost impact which is not managed by regional procurement.

  • Work with procurement & SU FBP to manage saving forecast (material buying, product logic, material waste saving).

  • Track actual material costs against the above forecasted drivers where possible to identify action for performance improvement.

  • Provide monthly result commentary and related analysis e.g. PPV analysis and GMVA analysis.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner cluster procurement team and local procurement team.

  • Lead discussion with local procurement including RM team, PM team and 3PM team.

  • Liaise and work with regional SCF team in driving material cost saving and supporting project-based requests that will lead to cluster material cost achievement.

  • Drive communication and collaboration with local BU Finance to strengthen collaboration and S&OP understanding within local Finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

  • 5 years of relevant experience minimum.

  • Good analytical, planning, interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Hands-on, good teamwork.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
