As the RTE & Digital Marketing Lead, you will take full ownership of the Ready-to-Eat portfolio (Knorr Jok, Best Foods, Mashed Potatoes) and drive the digital marketing agenda for Foods Thailand. This role combines strategic leadership, P&L ownership, and digital-first media expertise to shape and grow our iconic brands in a fast-paced, trend-driven category. 

Key responsibilities

Business Ownership: 

  • Manage the full P&L for the RTE portfolio. 
  • Deliver on business targets and drive growth for the RTE brands through strategic marketing initiatives. 

Marketing Leadership: 

  • Develop and execute annual brand marketing plans, including both innovations and market activations. 
  • Drive creative excellence by managing external partners, including creative and media agencies, to deliver impactful marketing mixes. 
  • Lead digital marketing strategies with a focus on precision targeting and data-driven decision-making. 

Team Management: 

  • Mentor and coach direct reports to achieve business goals while fostering their professional growth and leadership capabilities. 
  • Build a collaborative and high-performing team culture. 

Resource Management: 

  • Oversee the A&P budget, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI. 
  • Optimize resources across cross-functional teams to deliver projects effectively. 

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years in marketing, preferably in FMCG or foods categories. 
  • Proven success in mix development, brand strategy execution, and budget management. 
  • Strong track record in leading end-to-end innovation and activation initiatives. 
  • Expertise in crafting integrated marketing strategies, including traditional and digital channels. 

Skills: 

  • Strategic leadership of broad portfolios and teams. 
  • Deep knowledge of Thailand's consumer landscape and media trends. 
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing senior leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Exceptional project management skills, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. 
  • Results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional business outcomes.
