Job Purpose

Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world.  This role is to ensure efficient and effective material planning, inventory management, and production scheduling to meet business objectives. Execution Planner Lead is responsible for maintaining master data hygiene, collaborating with suppliers, driving continuous improvement in supplier performance, and supporting team member performance. The goal is to optimize operations, minimize waste, and ensure timely delivery of materials for production.

Main Responsibilities

Inventory Policy & Master Data Management

  • Propose material inventory policy, order policy and effective operating patterns to meet Job Objectives and get approval from Execution Planner Lead & BU MRP Lead
  • Review and Propose change of works tandard as per machine achievable output
  • Accountable for Master Data Hygiene of MRP related parameter of assigned Raw, Packaging (eg. Lotsize, Leadtime, Stock Target, BOM refresh)
  • Accountable for Master Data Hygiene of PPDS related parameter of assigned Finished Goods Material (eg Workstandard & Production version)

Material Planning, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (MRP & PPDS)

  • Weekly collaborate with Suppliers and Execution Planner Material Call-Off to ensure on time release of production schedule and process order.
  • Ensure adherence of production schedule to agreed Production Run Strategy..
  • Revise Production schedule to accommodate material constraint & planned/unplanned production line stoppage.
  • Weekly Ensure accurate MRP plan generation in SAP-ECC
  • Weekly Conversion of Purchase Requisition into Purchase Order
  • Weekly Generate rolling delivery schedule (RDS), send this to supplier and review supplier confirmation
  • Weekly hygiene of transactional data (Past due Purchase order & Process order)
  • Weekly flag risk of material availability to corresponding team member for Production Schedules adjustment

Innovation & Transition Management

  • New Material Ordering to support ontime launch of Innovation/Transition Projects.
  • To lead & make proposal on Stock transition plan to minimize Material Business waste

Supplier Performance

  • Collaborate with Supplier / BU MRP Lead to drive continuous improvement of supplier performance.

Team Member Performance

  • Support the BU Material Planning lead to drive the performance of Execution planner team member under supervision

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory and master data management.
  • Proficiency in SAP-ECC and PPDS.
  • Strong planning and scheduling skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
