Project Delivery Engineer (PDE) will manage the end-to-end delivery of capital projects within GA B&W BU. The projects will be based on a wide range of safety, quality, infrastructure, savings, and equipment improvements across many technologies and functional areas including process, packaging, utilities and land/buildings.

Main Responsibilities

• The role will be responsible for delivering process/packing/automation projects from collaborating on the brief, working with Design Engineers to complete Concept, Feed and Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning.
• Delivery Engineers will be responsible to ensure that projects are delivered on time with a strong focus on execution safety, quality, budget & schedule adherence.
• Work independently to deliver an agreed portfolio of projects under the leadership of the Engineering Manager.
• Ensure professional project execution with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Work with the Design Engineers to develop Concept , FEED and Detailed Designs to meet the business need inputting local requirements and constraints.
• Develop Project Execution Plan and schedule. Execute the project ensuring adherence to schedule, budget.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

• 5-10 Years experience of Project Engineering in FMCG / related Industry
• Project Management experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver projects to a high engineering standard
• Good Plant Design and Project Engineering experience in FMCG co and relevant Engineering consultancy firms
• Working knowledge on International Engineering Standards
•  Proficiency in MS Office – Excel / Power Point and Word
• Working knowledge on Engineering software - AutoCAD, Solid works, MS Project
