Job Title: Sales Operation – HS Staff (Contract Role)
Location: Thailand
Job Objective
- Communicate Unilever active product with stock availability also supply incoming plan for CBD (Sales) every day to maximize sales opportunity to place order the right SKU right stock and right timing.
- Communicate price strategy both 1st sales and 2nd sales to Unilever employee and partner to acknowledge about promotion and discount.
- To maximize the opportunity for ad-hoc promo creation by revising the document then distribute it to Distributor owner.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide product information report and publish to stakeholders
- Monthly update product hierarchy and UOM
- Weekly provide product information template to Sales Ops Cat. for data completing
- Publish the report to stakeholders
- Being a database centralization of Demand & Supply in Sales Ops function
- Weekly consolidate demand & supply file and update into data base
- Provide weekly demand adjustment template to SFA & Sales Ops - Cat
- Provide daily stock template to Sales Ops - Cat for data completing
- Publish daily stock report through power BI
- Maintain pricing in database
- Update both normal and promotion price
- To check and correct CP price with CCD for Company shop price calculation
- Provide Hua Suer& DT BUM soft file by refreshing database and generate report ( 4 report: HS 3 mth, BUM for DT, Normal price for MT, company shop price list)
- Prepare and upload price promotion, distribution file into NGDMS system.
- Effectively communicate all promotions to stakeholders (DT Owner/Sales/BSD)
Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Planning, Supply Chain or related fields.
- Strong growth mindset and team spirit, proactive approach to issues and opportunities.
- Good in communication Skill
- Energetic, Responsive, and flexible
- Good command in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
- Proficient in Thai Language (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
Professional Skill (Nice to have)
- Microsoft Excel: Macro
- Microsoft Access: Database
- Power BI
