JOB PURPOSE

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Take full responsibility for the ice - cream factory projects in the respective country, from planning to execution, ensuring that projects are completed with high quality on time and within budget. This includes, but is not limited to, the construction of new production lines and equipment upgrades. Prepare and present project proposals, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.

2. Information Management: Effectively manage project - related information, utilize advanced information management systems to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and security of information, and support project decision - making and analysis.

3. Innovation and New Technology Implementation: Actively promote innovation in ice - cream production, introduce new technologies, processes, and concepts to improve product quality, production efficiency, and reduce costs. Lead the implementation of new technologies in the country, conduct testing, optimization, and adjustment.

4. Budget Management: Be responsible for the budget planning and control of the campus spending of the ice - cream factory in the country, allocate resources reasonably, and ensure that every expenditure can generate maximum benefits.

5. Energy Management and Sustainability:

Lead initiatives to improve energy efficiency and sustainability within the production facility. Implement and manage energy-saving projects, including the adoption of renewable energy sources where feasible. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to energy usage and environmental impact.

Qualification Requirements

1. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above in relevant engineering majors such as food engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, automatic control, digitalization, etc.

2. Work Experience: Have 3 - 5 years of project management experience, with experience in the ice - cream or food industry being preferred. Candidates with practical project execution experience, who have led or been deeply involved in the entire process of engineering projects, will be given priority consideration.

3. Skill Requirements: Be familiar with project management processes and tools, possess excellent data analysis and information management capabilities; master innovation management methods, and have a keen insight into new technologies; have excellent budget - making and management capabilities; be familiar with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming, debugging, and maintenance, and be able to use digital technologies to optimize engineering processes.

4. Language Ability: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of smooth communication with international teams; those who master the local language will be preferred.

5. Other Abilities: Those with in - depth knowledge of ice - cream processes, such as ingredients, freezing, and shaping, and familiarity with the ice - cream market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape will be preferred. Candidates who are familiar with IC product technologies, have excellent teamwork, communication, coordination, and problem - solving abilities, and be able to adapt to a fast - paced working environment and withstand certain work pressure with travel ability.
