Job Purpose

As a Senior Brand Manager – Mini Meals & Best Foods, the person is responsible leading this priority cell that made up close to 50% of the Foods portfolio in Thailand. Mini Meals is one of the fastest growing segments in Foods Thailand with an exciting portfolio in ready-to-eat market and especially in convenience and proximity channels. Being the most senior person among the Mini Meals Marketing team, this person is the right hand to his/her Line Manager in leading and coordinating with other Brand Managers/Assistant Brand Managers to step up our demand creation in this segment.

Main Responsibilities

E2E Brand Management for Knorr Ready-To-Eat Jok

  • Manage and monitor business performance of Knorr Jok Thailand end to end, brand health, consumer and retail data analysis
  • Responsible for Knorr Jok integrated brand planning and marketing strategies, and managing brand budget, sales target, P&L and market share
  • Lead in deep understanding of consumer, category and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on Knorr Jok performance and identify growth opportunity
  • Lead overall brand campaigns and execution in drive business growth
  • Lead brand communication and creative development work. Lead external agency partners in creating and executing campaigns and activations and deployment of marketing mixes and media
  • Responsible for the launch of innovation working closely with Innovation team, product renovation, market development and cost saving project.
  • Lead and work collaboratively with cross functionals: sales team, trade marketing team, CMI, BG team, Innovation team, finance, LCF, RD and supply chain to manage brand’s day to day operations

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification & Skill

  • Bachelor degree in job related field.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant working experience in FMCG, brand-building or brand activation jobs
  • Experience in Foods or FMCG industry/company is a plus
  • Good in presentation and project management.
  • Fluent in Thai and English
  • Proven people management capabilities
