Job Purpose

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio, including white-collar roles in factory supply chain operations, the foods business unit, and corporate functions such as IT, Legal, Communications, and many more. You will act as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner to hiring managers, bringing talent market insights, best practices, and a high-touch candidate experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned functions, from role briefing and sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and build effective hiring strategies.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive headhunting.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with business needs and company culture.
- Deliver a seamless and positive experience to both candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance and report progress.
- Maintain compliance with internal processes and employment laws/regulations.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and continuous improvement initiatives in the recruitment process.
- Willing to work from Unilever Thailand HQ in Bangkok (Rama IX area) and minimum 1x work travel to Unilever Manufacturing Site in Minburi, Bangkok.
- Committed to work for 6 months contract
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced multinational company or matrixed environment.
- Experience hiring across multiple verticals, especially supply chain, manufacturing, FMCG/foods, and corporate functions
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with Workday and LinkedIn as recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders with agility and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to provide insights using recruitment metrics.
- Holds a minimum bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Able to speak and write fluent Thai and English.
