Workplace Operations & Governance
• Manage daily workplace operations including layout optimization, maintenance, and hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards (GMP, ISO, SHE) and external regulations.
• Lead governance processes for workplace policies, audits, and inspections.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for workplace governance and compliance.
• Collaborate with legal and procurement to manage contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Cost Control & Budget Management
• Develop and manage the workplace operations budget, including maintenance, utilities, and improvement projects.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through process optimization, vendor management, and energy efficiency.
• Monitor and report on workplace-related expenditures and financial performance.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure cost-effective sourcing and contract.
Transportation & Canteen Service management
• Oversee factory transportation services for employees, ensuring safety, punctuality, and cost-efficiency.
• Manage canteen operations to ensure food safety, hygiene, and employee satisfaction.
• Coordinate with service providers to maintain quality standards and responsiveness.
• Coordinate with transport vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize routes and schedules.
• Conduct regular audits and collect feedback to improve both services.
Safety & Risk Management
• Partner with Site SHE Manager to implement and monitor safety protocols.
• Lead initiatives such as SBO, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness.
• Drive continuous improvement in workplace safety using digital tools and AI-driven insights.
Continuous Improvement & Employee Experience
• Maintain workplace-related KPIs and dashboards.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in layout, flow, and ergonomics.
• Champion a safe, inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
• Support onboarding and workplace orientation for new employees.
Experience & Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
• 5-8+ years of experience in factory workplace management.
• Strong understanding of SHE, GMP, ISO standards and workplace governance.
• Experience in budget planning, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with digital workplace tools.
