Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing procurement professional with strong strategic thinking and PMO capabilities to lead sourcing operations across Marketing, Business Services & IT (MBS) portfolios. This role combines operational excellence with strategic program management, requiring the ability to tailor decisions at each step, manage complex stakeholder landscapes, and drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Value Delivery
Lead savings delivery across Business Services and Marketing portfolios, ensuring alignment with annual targets. Also manage sourcing project pipelines, approvals, and visibility.
Drive cash realization through effective supplier and stakeholder engagement.
Drive catalogue utilization across regions and categories via adoption trend analysis and lead interventions in underperforming areas.
Ensure Preferred Supplier (PSL) adoption targets are consistently met.
Support audit readiness and manage compliance across sourcing & fulfilment activities.
Own contract negotiations and renewals with external partners, manage business continuity planning (BCP) testing and ensure compliance.
PMO & Strategic Program Management
Act as a strategic PMO for fulfilment and sourcing operations, managing cross-functional projects with precision.
Facilitate opportunity discussions and spend release initiatives.
Maintain dashboards, reports, and leadership communications to support decision-making.
Apply structured problem-solving and scenario planning to guide the external partners on strategic thinking and corresponding operational choices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across geographies.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership with clarity and influence.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
Mentor junior team members and external partner colleagues to uplift team capability.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Share knowledge and best practices across sourcing, fulfilment, and PMO functions.
Required Skills & Experience:
6–8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing operations, or strategic PMO roles
Exposure to fulfilment operations and cross-regional stakeholder management.
Deep understanding of indirect procurement, especially Business Services & Marketing & IT.
Strong capability in data interpretation, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with structured planning and execution.
Familiarity with PMO tools and methodologies (e.g., dashboards, Gantt charts, risk logs).
Excellent communication (written and spoken) and presentation skills for leadership engagement. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus in complex environments.
Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and foster team development.
Prior experience in a global FMCG, consulting, or shared services environment.
