JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Contribute to shaping and communicating our vision and brand mission
- Support and implement the brand marketing plan, by identifying opportunities and responding to consumers’ needs, to be able to deliver the brand and category financial results.
- Assess and monitor continuously the brand performance and brand health; prepare share analysis per brand recommend actions talking into account local market development, trends, drivers, consumers’ attitudes, and behaviours in the category. Offer support in conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaign.
- Initiate all media briefs according to brand strategy and allocated budget & coordinate the creation of all media assets.
- Managing the allocated advertising budget for responsible brand / total Category
- Part of job will include working within “Blue” to check & approve artwork diligently going through the marketing checklist.
- Support for category projects implementation with external agency (project management tasks including monitoring agreed tasks / budget management / documents signing and filing / evaluation of results vs plan and proposing corrective actions) >> estimated frequency: weekly
- Ad hoc tasks: organizing internal events / meeting / activations; participate in internal or mixed squads >> estimated frequency: quarterly.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years experience in Marketing
- Ability to manage end-to-end projects, with great responsibility and accountability on deadlines and performance KPI tracking
- Good knowledge of English
