Lead Kiosk & HoReCa is the most important person in the development of the scooping category, acting as the link between the Betty kiosk business and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) clients.
Main Responsibilities:
HoReCa
Identifies clients in the HORECA channel to increase the addressability of Betty Ice scooping products.
Identifies and partners with strategic HORECA clients in Romania.
Collects data from the HORECA market to identify the best future product.
KIOSK BETTY ICE
Manages and develops the network of Betty Ice kiosks and islands.
Cultivates a constructive business relationship with partners operating the kiosk network. Through Betty Ice kiosks, interacts with the CONSUMER and ensures that their experience is successful, encouraging them to return.
