We are looking for a proactive and creative Dressings Junior Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team within One Unilever Europe. This newly created team is responsible for the vision and growth strategy to unlock the highest potential of 28 European Countries – united under a new framework called One Unilever. Being a virtual team, you will often collaborate digitally with colleagues and cultures from across the region. This role will support the Dressings Power Brand Deployment Manager in driving the growth and innovation of our Dressings brands within the 1UL EU markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
Location: We open this position for European countries as a location agnostic opportunity (preferred location Eastern-Europe, specifically Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania or Czechia).
Terms & Conditions: this is a full-time, permanent role, where right to work in the EU is required.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans for dressings brands in alignment with the overall Nutrition strategy.
- Support the optimization of packaging architecture and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Analyse market trends and consumer insights to support strategic decision-making.
Innovation & Product Development:
- Contribute to the innovation pipeline by supporting the development of new product concepts and enhancements to existing products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
Consumer Engagement:
- Assist in creating and executing digital and social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Support the development of content that resonates with target audiences and builds brand loyalty.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on brand performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve brand performance and achieve business objectives.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG marketing, preferably within the nutrition category.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
