JOB PURPOSE:

The Field Sales Intern will join the Personal Care and Beauty & Wellbeing (BPC) Customer Development team for a 6‑month, full‑time paid extracurricular internship.

As part of the team, the intern will be responsible for enhancing the visibility of our products and brands through negotiation, consultancy, and analysis activities in the area of Marche and Emilia-Romagna (main cities: Pesaro, Ancona, Rimini).

Please note that this internship is not office‑based: it focuses on operational activities in stores, ensuring the proper presence of our products on shelves and displays.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation of promotional material to increase product visibility.
- Coordination with the head office for the elaboration of a strategic plan for the optimal assortment of products in store.
- Negotiation of in-store display spaces at promotional events.
- Evaluation of visual and commercial effects of BPC product positioning.
- Verification of sales increases through collected data.
- Driving between different stores in the relevant area.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· B licence with minimum 3 years of validity.

· Good knowledge of the English language (min. B2).
· Good data processing and reading skills and a natural inclination for negotiation.

· Strong result orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
· Proactivity, enterprising spirit, entrepreneurial mentality.
· Strong attitude for work organisation and precision.
· Problem solving and flexible reasoning.
· Dynamism and ability to work in a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Recent Bachelor/Master graduates in Economics, Marketing, Communication and related disciplines.

·MS Office package basic knowledge.
