JOB PURPOSE

The Go to Market (GtM) Quality role mainly works in Morocco and is part of NALI Quality organization. Role is focused on Quality in the Go to Market operations: implementing, executing, improving, ensuring and providing technical quality support to assembling operations, repacking operations, customers, CLTs, promotions, for Quality Management System (QMS) compliance, regulatory compliance, care line support, on-shelf assessments and incident management for Home and Personal care. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Lead and support all Go to market operations in the country, in alignment with the Unilever Quality policy and QMS and being the first point of contact for consumer and customers in case of any quality issue in the distribution.
  • Lead and support quality audit programs in the factory, distribution, and market, ensure gaps identification and follow up on CAPA.
  • Lead quality capabilities development programs with distributors, warehousemen, merchandizers and co-packers.
  • Ensure risk management, validation of specifications and agreement of reliable standards / tolerances for all new innovation, with deep involvement in local projects.
  • Continuously communicate and drive quality improvement programs within Morocco, with Factory, Distributors and on shelf to ensure the deploy of the quality procedures for the GTM operations.
  • Supports consumer & customer complaints and requests (communication, actions and monitoring) and setting proper CAPA.
  • Ensures and verifies ongoing compliance to UL Quality management standards in UL & 3rd Party manufacturing sites, warehouses, repackers and Merge & Acquisition (M&A)) through audits,  KPI monitoring and non-conformance monitoring, technical visits (as needed), general oversight, supporting technical capability assessments and closure of gaps identified. Including onboarding of new partners.
  • Targeted analysis of quality data and preparation of KPI based performance reports.
  • Identification and transfer of "Best Practices" into the business within the region.
  • Drive Proactively the Quality culture value cross the whole company, engaging people and make them accountable for their own area of responsibility to ensure fully compliance with QMS and policy
