BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Manufacturing Excellence Executive has overall responsibility for:

• Assisting the Nutrition ManEx Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and driving savings. initiatives on site to deliver the yearly cash and cost targets. 

• Monitoring the factory budget vs. business proposal agreed upon across business leaders.

• Supporting the deployment of UMS/R2S on site to accelerate business improvements. 

• Performing site audits to ensure Manufacturing systems and standards are intact. 

• Providing support on the performance and MANEX visibility, deployment, and execution in the shop floor. 

• Working with cross functional teams and procurement to look for new and alternative suppliers to drive down cost especially on consumables and production in directs.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

You need to have: 

• Fundamental supply chain knowledge and experience, focusing on manufacturing technology, preferably foods. 

• Understanding of Manufacturing Financials and P&L 

• SAP and SRS knowledge is a plus to crosscheck cost and savings initiatives. 

• Logic and structured thinking, analytical skills, and detail- oriented. 

• Strategic influencing and procurement skills to reduce indirect cost. 

• Engineering / Technical Background is a plus.

• Can speak and engage in English and local language. 

• Can collaborate well with multiple teams to drive efficiency and savings.
